Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to provide water and power?
For the initial mobile setup, access to a suitable household water supply and standard power outlet may be required. Exact booking requirements will be confirmed before your appointment.
Why do prices say “from”?
Vehicle size and condition make a significant difference to detailing time. The published prices cover normal vehicles in reasonable condition. Heavy soiling, pet hair, sand and similar extra work are discussed before proceeding.
Do you polish paint or apply ceramic coatings?
Not at launch. GGVD is starting with cleaning and presentation detailing only. Machine polishing, paint correction and ceramic coatings are not currently advertised.
Can you detail my vehicle in bad weather?
Rain, extreme heat or unsafe weather can affect mobile detailing. If conditions make the job unsuitable, we will arrange another time rather than compromise the result.
